Linda Secrist has done a remarkable job in representing me in the sale of my home. She guided me in establishing an asking price and gave her opinion as to what the house might sell for.
She also projected the type of buyer who would eventually purchase the house. Her projection was correct. Her photographer took excellent pictures of the house both inside and outside that were used in a well produced sales brochure.
Within a week of listing the property she brought potential buyers to view the house. Five individuals looked at the house and three of them expressed interest. The negotiations for the sale involved numerous counter offers. She is a good negotiator who understands people. The house sold for the price that Linda had suggested the final price would be and it sold for cash to the first person who saw the house.
