Green, Linda told her, "As your friend, I just can't let you buy this house.  I have an alternative place I really think you should consider."  Ms. Green purchased the home Linda recommended and with eight months, she sold it for a profit of $80,000!
Linda loves acting as both a buying and selling agent, as it helps her stay on top of current market conditions.  Her advice to newer agents is:  "Keep yourself educated.  This is crucial to success in real estate.  There is so much to learn ... and you have to do A LOT of transactions before you really feel confident."
This optimistic outlook spans three generations ... and counting!  Linda's daughter, Lisa Herron has been working with her for 13 years.  "Lisa has been a tremendous joy and my greatest support.  She's always positive!  Any moment I've lacked confidence, she's been there for me," said Linda.
Lisa started her real estate career at age 21 and knows the business from the ground up.  "She's been my rock and the backbone of this team.  She's far brighter than anyone I know in real estate.  If ever I'm away, I know things are in the best hands  possible," Linda added.
The feelings of admiration are mutual.  Lisa stated, "Aside from the obvious exterior beauty, my mom exudes the very meaning of inner beauty!  I could not have chosen a better, more intelligent or compassionate soul than my mother.  She sets the bar high with her integrity, generosity and wisdom.  She's always given me the confidence and courage to make my own choices.  I thank God for giving me such a special being to guide me!"
Clients also appreciate Linda's guidance.  JR Green is just one of many loyal customers who have bought and sold multiple properties with Linda.  On one occasion, she was getting ready to close on a property, when Linda's intuitive nature kicked in!  According to Ms.
their success is driven by Linda's attitude and character.  She remarked, "I learned responsibility in caring for my brothers and sisters.  I had to negotiate family differences, delegate tasks for the day and be a real nurturer.  Isn't that what we do in real estate?"
Linda's mother was a tremendous influence.  "She used to ask us, 'Isn't this the best day we've ever had?'  This attitude truly rubbed off on me.  I love life.  Every day I feel more appreciation for what I have and for those around me.  What you think, you become!"  Linda exclaimed.
